A small payment to secure the start date, then stages tied to dates. Extras priced in writing first.
Two directors, no middleman
You deal with the people who price the job and build it. One of us is usually on site, and we check the quality ourselves, aiming for a no-snag finish.
Building control every time
Notified, inspected and certified on every notifiable job. You get the completion certificate.
